What documents do I need to hand in to start a project?

Normally we ask for the property booklet or property registration certificate, location plan and, if they exist, topographical surveys or previous projects. We confirm the exact list at the initial meeting, depending on the type of project.

How does your multidisciplinary team work?

Architecture and all technical specialties are developed internally or by regular partners coordinated by us, so that you have a single point of contact throughout the entire process.

Can I hire only the architecture project, without the specialties?

Yes. You can hire only the architecture, or the complete package with all the specialties needed for licensing and execution.

What is the difference between a licensing project and an execution project?

The licensing project is the set of parts required by the City Council for approval. The execution project details the solution at the level necessary for construction, including construction details and technical specifications.

Who delivers the process to the City Council?

We handle the instruction and submission of the licensing process with the competent City Council, and monitor the process until its conclusion.

Do you only work in Greater Lisbon?

Our base is Greater Lisbon, but we develop projects in other regions of Portugal and also in international markets, namely in Angola.

Can I hire the project even without having already acquired the land?

Yes. We provide prior technical consulting before acquisition, to evaluate the urban and construction feasibility of the land or property before investing.

Do you do projects for alteration and legalization of existing constructions?

Yes, we develop projects for alteration, expansion, and legalization of already existing constructions.

Do you use BIM modeling in all projects?

We apply the BIM methodology whenever the scale and nature of the project justify it, for greater cost control and coordination between specialties.

How long does a project take?

The timeframe depends on the typology, scale, and urban complexity of the project. We present an indicative calendar right at the proposal stage.

How much does an architecture and specialties project cost?

The value depends on the type, scale, and phase of the project. After the preliminary analysis, we send a detailed fee proposal without commitment.

Do you monitor the project during the construction phase?

Yes, we provide technical support during the construction phase, clarifying doubts and validating the compliance of the execution with the approved project.
